Hey Everyone: Here is my shoulder and Tri-cep session from earlier on in the week. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did:

A1.DB Shoulder Press x12

A2. DB Lateral Raise x12

A3. DB Upright Row x12

A4. DB Single Arm Front Raise x 12

6 Rounds 2 Minutes Rest

A1. Tricep Pusdown x12

A2. Press Ups x max

A3. Battle Ropes 30s

4 Rounds 1 Minute Rest
