Saturday Leg Session

Hey Guys

Once a month I’ll be sharing my favourite workout of the week. This week I wanted to share my saturday leg session with you. For anyone who is looking for ideas or is wanting to try something new. This session was a really good one I’m still feeling it today. So here it is:

 

  1. 5×3 Nordic Hamstring Curls 60s rest
  2. 5×10 Sumo Deadlift 60s rest
  3. 5×10 Banded Glute Bridge (separating legs at the top of the movement in order to get good glute contact) 60s rest
  4. 5×10 Leg Press/5×10 Goblet Squat (superset) 60s rest
  5. 5×20 (10 each leg) Walking Lunges 60s rest
  6. 5×20 Abductor 60s rest
  7. Cardio to finish = 10 mins steady state on stair master
